Mr. Campbell is a co-founder and the Senior Managing Partner of CD Ventures. He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Executive Air Support, Inc., ACCT Holdings, LLC and MRCG Holdings, LLC – three of CD Ventures’ portfolio companies. Mr. Campbell is also a principal owner and director of Chester County Aviation, Inc. , a suburban fixed base operation (FBO). Mr. Campbell has initiated and built a number of successful companies and brings over thirty years of executive management and financial experience to the firm. Over the course of his career, Mr. Campbell has successfully raised hundreds of millions in capital for his business ventures in the chemical, industrial gas, propane, home health care, accounts receivable management, and aviation industries. Mr. Campbell received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University .

Mr. Debbas is a co-founder and the Managing Partner of CD Ventures. Mr. Debbas has over twenty years of business experience in a variety of industries including information technology, health care, accounts receivable management (ARM), aviation, customer relationship management (CRM), and market research. Mr. Debbas was a co-founder and Director of AllianceOne, Incorporated, an Exton, Pennsylvania based company that provides accounts receivable management services to large credit grantors and health care providers. He also serves as Chairman of ACCT Holdings, LLC and MRCG Holdings, LLC. Until 1995, Mr. Debbas was also President of Healthworks Alliance, Inc., a Philadelphia based software development company that sells compliance applications to various segments of the health care industry. Mr. Debbas also served as Director of Corporate Development for AdvaCare, Inc. from 1988 until 1990 and held various positions at Shared Medical Systems and Health Management Systems. Mr. Debbas earned a B.S. in Chemistry from St. Joseph’s University.
James R. Griffiths - Partner

Mr. Griffiths is a Partner of CD Ventures and has been affiliated with the firm since 1996. He has 12 years of experience in areas of finance and accounting, financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions and operating leadership. Mr. Griffiths is a co-founder of MRCG Holdings, LLC and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of ACCT Holdings, LLC. From mid-1996 through mid-1998, Mr. Griffiths was responsible for mergers and acquisitions at Gateway HomeCare, Inc. Subsequently, he assumed a broader role at MessageLink through 2002. Prior to joining CD Ventures, Mr. Griffiths served as Director of Acquisitions and Integration for HomeCare and Hospital Management, Inc. a Louisville , Kentucky based homecare company. Mr. Griffiths also served as a Senior Accountant at Price Waterhouse, LLP in Memphis , Tennessee specializing in emerging growth companies. Mr. Griffiths earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Rhodes College in Memphis .
Matthew E. Brach - Director of Financial Analysis

Mr. Brach is the Director of Financial Analysis of CD Ventures and joined the firm in May 2004. He is responsible for financial and business analysis of investment opportunities. Prior to joining CD Ventures, Mr. Brach was a financial analyst with Constellation Energy Group and had spent five years with the Emerging Growth Companies group at Ernst & Young, LLP in Tyson's Corner, Virginia, where he also worked in their Venture Capital Advisory Group advising companies actively pursing venture capital funding. Mr. Brach holds a B.S.A from Villanova University, with a minor in political science, and a M.B.A from the Smith School at the University of Maryland, where he was awarded the distinguished Dingman Entrepreneur Scholarship.
