x-ray coupled with next day, same day, and on-demand records
retrieval and delivery. These services assure customers of prompt,
convenient, and ready access to their stored records. NOVA also
offers records management consulting services and customers on-site
records management programs, where NOVA personnel operate at client
locations performing archiving functions and related
services.
NOVA was formed in
February 2004 as a Delaware limited liability company (“LLC”) to
take advantage of ongoing consolidation opportunities in the $5
billion Records and Information Management Services (“RIMS”)
industry, brought about by customer demand for alternatives to large
